In the villages of Latin America, the children are told stories to keep them from wandering away from home. In this story, they are told that little Green Men and little Red Men live and hide in the lonely roads and woods outside the village. These little men are always looking to steal children who wander away from home. The little Green Man will temp the children with a bucket full of money to get them to go with him, but the little Red Man is the mean one and he will just grab the child and take it away.
